When will I be able to resume normal activities?

While you’ll be able to resume most normal activities a few hours after beginning your experience, we recommend clearing the rest of your day and using it as an opportunity to create mental space to begin working on integrating your experience into your daily life. To be safe, we require our clients to agree that they will not operate a vehicle or heavy equipment until the next day.
