How much does the Noma program cost?
The cost of the Noma program varies depending on your insurance coverage:
For Commercial Insurance (Aetna, United, BCBS Texas, etc.):
- Ketamine: $90 per dose
- Appointments: You'll be responsible for your regular copay or deductible for therapy sessions and prescriber appointments
- Insurance verification: Once you schedule your free consultation, our team will verify your exact coverage and inform you of any out-of-pocket costs.
For Medicaid patients:
- Ketamine: $62.50 per dose
- The rest of the program (including therapy sessions and prescriber appointments) is covered in full by your insurance
What's included in the program cost:
- Dosing sessions every other week
- Therapy sessions (weekly for the first month, then biweekly)
- Monthly prescriber follow-ups to monitor your progress
- A welcome kit containing all necessary supplies (medication, blood pressure cuff, eye mask, journal)
- Access to our patient portal for between-session support
Additional information:
- HSA/FSA accounts can be used for eligible expenses
- Detailed statements are provided every 4 weeks if needed for reimbursement
- A $75 fee applies for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice
