How much does the Noma program cost?

The cost of the Noma program varies depending on your insurance coverage:

For Commercial Insurance (Aetna, United, BCBS Texas, etc.):

  • Ketamine: $90 per dose
  • Appointments: You'll be responsible for your regular copay or deductible for therapy sessions and prescriber appointments
  • Insurance verification: Once you schedule your free consultation, our team will verify your exact coverage and inform you of any out-of-pocket costs.

For Medicaid patients:

  • Ketamine: $62.50 per dose
  • The rest of the program (including therapy sessions and prescriber appointments) is covered in full by your insurance

What's included in the program cost:

  • Dosing sessions every other week
  • Therapy sessions (weekly for the first month, then biweekly)
  • Monthly prescriber follow-ups to monitor your progress
  • A welcome kit containing all necessary supplies (medication, blood pressure cuff, eye mask, journal)
  • Access to our patient portal for between-session support

Additional information:

  • HSA/FSA accounts can be used for eligible expenses
  • Detailed statements are provided every 4 weeks if needed for reimbursement
  • A $75 fee applies for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice
